whoa.  i can’t believe i got my butt out of bed at 630am this morning to go biking with team a2b cycling.  this should be shocking for two reasons.  the first being, i love sleep.  the second being, i work nights.  my body likes to sleep in to at least noon.  anyway, i got up and made it to cynergy with time to spare.

after the ride i felt amazing.  then i got some delicious coffee from intelligentsia.  seriously, the stuff is like crack.  i will drive out of my way and wait in a long line to pay 5 bucks for this liquid gold.  the people that work there are super cool too. (not pretentious!!!)

in other news, me, theBigFriend, has been slacking on music lately.  i have been listening to insane (even for me) amount of bayside.   i love them.  a lot.  storming stages and stereosssss
